My First Online Semester At Sussex And Wow - 866 Words

Here I am already halfway through my first online semester here at Sussex and wow has it gone by really quickly. It was just seven weeks ago that we all started here and even though the first half of it is over, we all got a long road ahead of us until we reach the end of the semester. Some people can make the mistake of starting to wind down because of the fact that it’s almost over. We just got to stay focused and not take anything for granted. I definitely think that I’ve come quite a long way since I first wrote that first journal entry of â€Å"Telling the truth†. Thinking back on that journal entry, I remember how I talked about how I didn’t really have any good study habits nor did I have good time management skills. As these weeks have gone by and especially with the help of this foundations class, I can definitely notice a change in my school habits. When it comes to how my general study habits have changed, I’ve been finding way to get mys elf to sit down and get homework done a lot more often and it’s become easier as well to do so. A trick that I figured out is that the best thing that works for me is that instead of sitting at home with an endless amount of distractions, I pack up my things and I’ll go to a coffee shop somewhere and do homework there. I also try to change up the places I go in order to keep things from feeling dull.
